How much do the puppets cost?......
The real question on pricing is... what kind of puppet do you ultimately need?.....human, animal, creature, object, or other? Full body puppet or half body ? What will the puppet wear for costuming?
Our prices are based on a puppet by puppet basis, as no two puppets are alike. The complexity of the character and costuming requirements will ultimately determine the cost of your puppet.
Please fill out the order form, giving as many details about your custom character. We'd be happy to provide you with a price quote to build it before you order it!
How long does it take to make one?.... Generally we need 4-6 weeks for the completion of one of our custom made puppet designs. Frequently it takes less time to build one, but often we get multiple orders and need the time to finish them.
Do you take Rush Orders?
Yes. We charge twice the amount to rush your order to the front of the line.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, business checks or money orders. No personal checks are accepted.
Do You Offer Refunds?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on our custom made puppets. When you order one of our custom made puppets we will send you pictures during the building process so you can see exactly how the puppet is shaping up. If we need to make changes along the way, we can do it at each stage of the building process. That way you won't be surprised when you see the finished puppet.
Do you offer discounts on multiple puppet orders?
If you order 5 of the same puppet, we offer a 10% discount on the entire order.
Do you Mass Produce puppets?
No. We are not set up to mass produce any puppets.

Exclusive Rights....Are there any restrictions on how I can use my puppet?
All of our puppets come with non-exclusive rights. This means that you can use/perform with your puppet in any manner that you need. The only thing that you cannot do is have your puppet reproduced outside of our company. We also reserve the right to make that puppet available for sale to the public.
If you need and want a "one of a kind" puppet that won't exist anywhere else in the world and can't be sold or reproduced, without your written consent, than we can sell you the Exclusive Copyright to the puppet creation. We charge a one time fee to purchase the Exclusive Rights to the puppet character. The fee is the same amount that we charge to design and build the puppet; i.e. if it costs $289.00 to build the puppet the Exclusive Rights fee would be an additional $289.00.
Do you offer a guarantee on your custom puppets?
All of our puppets are guaranteed in workmanship for one year.
If anything happens to the puppet due to our workmanship we will repair it for free. (shipping covered by us)
If you damage your puppet we can repair it for you at a fair price.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We can ship to many international areas in the world that FedEx covers. Some destinations are cost prohibitive for shipping as it costs more to ship the puppet than it costs to build it.
Duties, taxes and import fees are also the responsibility of the customer.
